Khayrat Al Nile began its journey in 2000 under its former name, Saqqara for Horticultural Crops, when the Group identified the need to establish an industrial arm in Egypt, one of the region’s most important agricultural production hubs. Operations initially started with small sorting and grading lines in Tanta, before expanding and relocating to Sadat Industrial City to support export requirements and serve the Group’s clients across the Gulf.

As demand grew and the quality of Egyptian produce continued to rise, the company underwent significant expansion. In 2017, it was rebranded as Khayrat Al Nile Trading & Investment, becoming one of the Group’s key industrial, packing, and cold-chain hubs.
Today, Khayrat Al Nile is more than a manufacturing facility; it is a fully integrated industrial operations center that processes thousands of tons annually, provides refrigeration and logistics services, and plays a vital role in delivering Egyptian products to Europe, the Gulf, North Africa, and Jordan.

In 2021, a specialized factory was established to deliver integrated solutions for the production of plastic crates and packaging, serving the packing, storage, and export sectors. Production relies on high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing technologies to ensure durability and efficiency, offering a wide range of sizes and designs tailored to both local market needs and export markets.
